2 days in YNP 1 night at Yellowstone Hotel

I am staying in Teton Village for 8 nights in August and planning a two day trip to YNP. Myself, husband, 3 daughters 13,11 and 8. I have a res at Yellowstone Hotel. What are the must sees for the kids? Can anyone suggest a route that allows for us to see everything and end up at the hotel for the night? Thanks
