Big Moose Resort, a little east of town. Huge cabins, incredibly nice hosts.
And my heartiest recommendation for the Bear Claw Bakery, in town, next to the Super8, for any meal. She opens very early for breakfast so you can get your caffeine (very good coffee!) before heading into the park, and also she will pack a lunch for you. I believe she makes dinners as well.
